Thanks for the info. The legal implication of marriage equality in NY provides advantages and also disadvantages to people at large. But in its moral aspect , redefinition of marriage, with all of its civilization damaging repercussions, self evidently qualifies as a concern for everyone. Cliche though it is, there is no separation of church and state even slightly suggested in the Constitution. The absolute separation notion is a fiction.
