This video, created before the June 2013 US Supreme Court decision overturning Section 3 of DOMA, was a primer on Social Security disparities between LGBT adults and their heterosexual counterparts.

In 2010, SAGE and the Movement Advancement Project published Improving the Lives of LGBT Older Adults, a comprehensive policy report of the challenges facing this population. This video highlights the disparities in Social Security benefits, before the June 13 U.S. Supreme Court decision overturning Section 3 of DOMA.

Great resource. If at all possible could you slow it down just a bit. Some of the text heavy slides go by too quickly to read all.
