Sound Generations is an agency that promotes positive aging for all older adults, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, in King County. The agency offers various programming and services, including programs on health care services, housing, caregiving, and financial and legal issues in addition to fitness and health/wellness programming. The agency also helps older adults find services and benefits they may be eligible for, as well as assist in applying for services. Sound Generations also has an extensive list of resources, services, and programs specifically geared for older adults on their website.
