The Montrose Center’sSeniors Preparing for Rainbow Years (SPRY) program was established to enhance the lives of LGBT persons age 60 and older.  Services include outreach, peer support groups, professional counseling, case management, social and recreational activities, health and wellness education, and the Montrose Diner drop-in center and congregate lunch program.

The Montrose Center empowers our community--primarily gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals and their families--to enjoy healthier and more fulfilling lives by providing a range of affirming and affordable behavioral health and prevention services, and by offering programs and space to support and enhance community engagement.
