SAGE West Suburban Senior Services (SWSSS) offers targeted services and support to LGBT elders 55+. SWSSS addresses the needs of the LGBT community in the Western Suburbs of Chicago through outreach, socialization, health education, education on local, state, and federal programs for seniors, case management; mental health counseling, and regular weekly and monthly programming.
