SAGEConnect
SAGEConnect is a program designed to pull isolated or lonely LGBT older people tighter into our community and make sure they feel safe, loved, and visible despite having to stay indoors. SAGEConnect matches volunteers who can commit to calling their match at least once per week with older LGBT people who are interested in receiving a call.
